Our felt can be pinned to a bulletin board, used on or off a flannel board, used on a table top, the floor, or wherever you want to use it. Most "wall hanging flannel boards" are not true felt/flannel board. Our sets typically work with those types but if you have issues getting them to stick , you may need to add velcro (not included).
