Begin with the least amount of time and increase the time as needed. Many microwaves do not let you choose "time" for Defrost mode having to enter "weight" instead. Then the microwave automatically calculates the amount of time for you based on the weight. Enter various weights until you ascertain the weight that provides closest time to 7 minutes and select that weight.<br>Recharging time variesdepending on the saturation level of beads as well as the strength of the microwave.</ul><br></ul>
